Primary function: To turn formerly evil experiments and people back to evil with a siren song
A siren-like experiment whose song causes any formerly evil person who hears it (including rehabilitated experiments) to revert back to their evil ways. She attracts other experiments, lowering their guards to use her song on them, though every experiment created after her (Stitch, Reuben, 627 and Leroy) is immune to its effects. The spell can be reversed by her singing the song backwards or by playing a recording of her song in reverse. She also possesses fighting abilities and super strength and durability.
Lilo was originally very suspicious of her and did not like her, naming her "Angel" sarcastically. It turned out she was working with Gantu and Dr. Hämsterviel to trap Stitch, but she felt guilt for her actions and turned good. She became Stitch's girlfriend, liking his genuine kindness.
