What's the difference between 9/11 and a cow?

You stop milking a cow after 21 years.

Somehow it feels like this corny ass joke is actually older than 9/11.

almost anyone is willing to accept it when you say the TSA is evil and only exists to harass people but you extend it to any other federal organisation and people are like "Noooo the CIA has never done- well, there were those times in the 60s, but they're all good boys now!!"

Just completed an application for a new job - could use all the good luck

over a hundred years of effort the Marxist-Leninist nations have delivered precisely zero useful ideas when it comes to economics (top-down management is neither new nor unusual) or politics (their mechanisms for gauging public opinion and resolving disputes are weak to nonexistent) and the idea of drawing lessons on good governance from such complete failure would be baffling if it wasn’t so clearly just an excuse to avoid ever actually thinking.
