all i gotta do is relax, everything comes to me
God willing.
“show me” - i love when someone says show me your nails, show me what you ate, show me that piece you wrote. show me everything about you

I love calm people. The ones choosing their words wisely, never raising their voice. Not living to show off, but to exist in a quiet and harmonic way, trying to at least not harm anyone. I find those people inspiring.

𝑇ℎ𝑒 3𝐷 & 𝑇ℎ𝑒 4𝐷
According to neville goddard there are two types of worlds. The external world, which we call the 3D, and the internal world, which is called the 4D. Neville made it very clear that the 3D world would not be able to exist without the 4D world. As the 3D is a mirror, it reflects the 4D.
Houses, cars, bikes, etc, they all exist because of the 4D. Everything first existed in the 4D and then it was then reflected into the physical reality, the 3D, second. Everything is created by the power of imagination. He said that both are not actually ‘real’. The only difference is that our 4D world will eventually harden into the 3D and create our reality. Our imagination becomes our reality.
How do we change the 3D?
For example, you want to be 5ft5 but you’re stuck at 5ft. In order to change the 3D, we must change our 4D. Which all starts with our assumptions. So you’ll have to start persisting in thoughts that suggest you are, indeed 5ft7. Instead of looking at the 3D and complaining about how you’re not tall yet, you take yourself away from the 3D reality and start living in your imagination (The 4D) and acting as if you are already 5ft5 Then without a doubt you will see your inner reality be reflected into your physical reality.
Remember: Don’t get mad at the 3D, it’s not your enemy. it’s literally just doing it job, serving your assumptions. The 3D is the shadow of the 4D.
Rearranging the 4D:
If you flip your thoughts to align with your desires and persist in the new favourable thoughts. Those thoughts will be become new assumptions. And those assumptions will harden to fact and create your 3D.
Terminology-
The 4D- Your internal reality. The mental reality. This is where all your assumptions are stored and hardened into fact to create your 3D. Your inner reality manifests your assumptions into fact and reflects them in your 3D world.
The 3D- Your external reality. The world we can see with our physical eyes. The 3D, your reality, is just one big reflection of your 4D. So your reality is one big mirror of your assumptions and beliefs.
Change your internal reality, your thoughts—> Persist in those new assumptions—> And the 3D will reflect those assumptions as fact
How the law of assumption helped with my depression:
TW: Depression
I don’t know if anyone has talked about this before but i wanted to share my experience on how the law of assumption gave me a chance to be myself again instead of what depression made me out to be.
I developed a personality disorder when i was pretty young, i don’t really know what caused it but it just happened suddenly. Which led me to be a pretty depressed kid that felt out of control in every single way. It made me feel like the disorder itself was a puppet master and i was its puppet. And i was refused help quite a lot by professionals, and put on an everlasting waiting list that i was sure i wasn’t on because i never got a therapist at that point.
But as soon as i found out about manifestation, that tiny bit of hope i once lost was found again. Not externally but within me. And im not talking about law of attraction because truthfully i think it’s just “🙄🙄🙄” But law of assumption. Because the law of assumption is all about how all your assumptions are harden into fact to create a little thing you call your reality. And if i, myself have created this chaos standing right in-front of me, i surely have the power within me to restore peace within myself and my reality. So law assumption gave me the ability o take some accountability for my life and mental health. And not stay in that victim mindset.
It’s so easy to think that someone is writing your story for you and you have no say in it at all but in all honesty it makes life harder. The law of assumption helped me to realise i was the one in control. I am the one writing the story. And im not just a main character, IM FUCKING GOD. and you’re too, bbg.
The law of assumption has been a godsend to me ever since i first read about it. I paid close attention to my thoughts and flipped any of the negatives. I talked to myself kindly. And with a little persisting and affirming, i got what i’ve always wanted.
I am happier. I am healthier. i’m not in a bad way with my bpd anymore. I have my desired therapist. and i manifested being on the right medication for my bpd. all the chronic anxiety and worries have just floated away. Never underestimate the power within you. If you declare things are better, things HAVE to get better. It’s the law
I mad agree with this.
This reminds me, if y'all haven’t heard of therapyforblackgirls.com please visit if you need a therapist. You can search by mental health need, location/distance, insurance, etc. I believe there are some that provide a sliding scale payment method for those without insurance.
If you’re not quite ready to make the jump, there is a podcast you can listen to as well as articles and links to help answer some of your questions about mental health and/or therapy.
The purpose, as I understand it, is to provide a place where black women can go to find culturally sensitive therapy. Some specialize in family/couples as well.
Take a look.

Taking care of your mental health is another important factor in your overall health. Fighting for good mental health is a fight worth doing, and is just as difficult, if not moreso, than physical fighting.
