The waves crashed down against the rocks. The moon’s reflection wavered in the violent sea. Nothing more could be heard in miles but the ocean’s lullaby. If you looked carefully, a woman’s body stood on the beach. Her blonde hair darkened by the night’s veil flowing with the wind. The ghost of a smile fading slowly the longer the watched the fury of mother nature. A silent cry for help, and then she was gone
