I appreciate that Andrew Robinson was like well Garak is a spy, spies are supposed to have great poker faces but that’s boring so Garak’s poker face is going to be being as expressive as possible about everything so much all the time. They won’t ever know which emotions Garak is feeling if he expresses all of them. Impeccable logic
And he did all that with that heavy, full covering makeup. It would have been super easy to make Garak have no expressions at all because you have to work really hard to express emotions while covered entirely in rubber.

hiiii here's something new that I just listed!! I only used pictures I already had cut out and papers from my scrap bin besides one I printed out. I did something fun on this one where I edited a picture of kira and then printed it on scrapbook paper. not groundbreaking but I've never thought to do it. I should have sealed it more bc the ink kind of turned the gradient grey but it works better like that anyway! also I looove the drawings of kira's daggers that was in one of the old magazines I have so I'm glad I finally figured out something to put it on.

its insane to me that ds9 is probably the biggest and most popular star trek show on tumblr maybe tng outshines it because data is tng and data overules everything but anyway like ds9 is so outrageously popular and widely regarded as probably objectively the best st show and yet i think if you talked abt ds9 in real life no one would have any idea what youre talking about at all because ds9 doesnt exist in real life anymore
did we watch the same show like did you just miss out on the whole jadzia dax first canonical lgbt star trek character thing. like did we miss out on that i think that was a pretty integral part of ds9 you know. the episode where a woman kissed another woman on screen you know that part for the first time in any star trek show ever
