The Golden Seafarer crew (so far)
Aaah yes! the Golden Seafarer! one of the shiniest vessels in the world, its crew is small but strong, pillaging other ships for gold and always looking for action.
-Koi (she/he/gem/coin) Night/Sand/Sky trybrid
The captain! a treasure obsessed but honorable dragon. She is cocky and loud and will do anything for her crew. Gem is surprisingly good at solving arguments and mediating which helps to keep her crew together.
Has the smallest twinge of nightwing powers, knows when the vibes are off
She looks like a Koi fish! light sandy scales with splotches of black and red. He has a black sclera and jewels, a LOT of them, coin always makes sure the jewels wont impede her flying though.
Rapscallion’s ‘rival’ and absolute bestie, Separate from the Gilded Skyline but still looks out for them, he likes them a lot and the family they’ve got.
-Flamingo (he/they/it) Sea/Silk hybrid
The muscle! is in charge of combat, lighting and sail making. He made the sails of the ship and due to his silk glowing the sails also glow! Koi adores it. Scales are different shades of pink, has sikwing wings and antennae so doesn't get near water. Has white and black scales along its face aswell as glowing markings.
Extremely good at close quarter combat with no weapons, often using his silk and skill to immobilize opponents. He believes in the practice of honest one on one duels and if you challenge them they will not turn you down, and they will always keep their word.
It is Petal’s parent and always makes sure to visit, Petal is like the light of it’s life. And constantly makes silk things for her like blankets and bandanas
They’re very cheery! and very social, but he is TOO proud and too loud sometimes so that can always lead to altercations. He is Koi’s best friend and they are ride or die, they’ll do anything for each other.
-Knifepoint (he/him) Sand/Night hybrid
Quiet, reserved and bad at talking, unless he’s talking about metalwork or something he’s equally passionate about. Extremely serious and to the point despite his age (sometimes he feels like the only adult onboard). Despite being serious and a genius basically he is still young so he makes plenty of mistakes.
A descendant of a volcano night wing, has no powers but there is a toxin in his bite he can use to make things decay faster (he is not aware of this) Has a poison barb but not a dark sclera. Scales are black with a purple undertone and he has purple eyes, has white scales at his claws and snout.
The brains! He is all about weapons and metal. He constantly wears these metal claws and carries metal disks to defend himself. Probably used to be an assassin, is slowly learning to mellow out.
Will probably add more characters! I still need quite a bunch of them, feel free to suggest. Big thanks to @thatonerainbowicewing fae’s really cool and basically inspired all this :]
