“What do you think would happen if you slowly removed the veil of your several inauthenticities; if the real you, the honest you, the complete you, the naked you, was actually seen. For that might just be what the world craves to see these days — someone actually brave and genuine — instead of another mask of self-sacrificing conformity.”

Being angry is okay. Screaming at people and breaking stuff isn't. Being jealous is okay. Sabotaging relationships isn't. Being anxious and insecure is okay. Seeking validation by guilt tripping and manipulating people isn't. Being sad is okay. Intentionally dragging other people down with you isn't. What I'm trying to say is that while all of your emotions are valid, you still have a responsibility to express them in a healthy way.

It is so important that as you develop your craft, your spirituality, that you listen to your spirit. Others can offer great insights that can give you a fresh perspective, but if someone else truly believes in somethings that does not sit right with you, you are under no obligation to adopt their belief. Your spiritual walk is your own, and it is no one else's business or place to have a say in how you go about your spiritual walk. Creating your craft and building connection with spirit is a very intuitive process, and the greatest way to get to know thyself is to listen to your own inner voice.
