"All that means is that we’ll have to work harder to lure you back." I so wish that happens, but, as others have mentioned, I do not think Marvel really cares about long-time buyers. The characters are unrecognizable, the writers seem more interested in how witty there can be or making the most jokes, than telling good stories. The art is really poor on most titles too... Nothing would make me happier than coming back to Marvel, but for now my $100 plus per month goes to DC.

Obviously this person wants ZERO HUMOUR in their books if DC is their thing right now. I haven't laughed ONCE since the New52 came about.
And it's not that I read comics to laugh. I just like a bit of everything in the media that I consume. Laughs, drama, romance, action, lofty ideas and good basic storytelling. Anyone giving DC $100 a month is in serious need of some therapy.
And the ART IS POOR?! I guess it really is subjective, but YEEESH. DC was the company paying ROB LIEFELD to work on THREE BOOKS, right? We aren't talking about some other company?
I really want to see this guy's pull-list now, to see what the HELL he's actually reading, since he obviously has access to a bunch of DC books I don't.
