Tom, Marvel collections have been doing something recently thats really becoming annoying. Looking at All New X-Men volume 7: The Utopians, the Black Vortex issues are included. Why? Those issues affect the issues that follow, sure. BUT, without the other Black Vortex books, they have no context. They are almost unreadable and throw off the flow of reading a collection.

There are readers and collectors, a great number of vocal ones, who want every issue to be included in the collection runs, regardless of whether they’re tie-ins. And so, we do that.
