Chloe remained still as Victoria backed fully against the wall, her eyes narrowed some, almost like a predator locking in on its prey, but the tantalizing smile on her lips was enough to disarm anyone. She processed the other female’s words, her head titling slightly as she did so before she decided to follow Victoria as she backed against the wall. Closing the distance until they were practically chest to chest. Her eyes almost never blinked as she focused on Victoria and managed to keep the Camera held out to her side at the same level as she closed in.
“But if you look through the lens then you would be missing out on this moment.”
She smirked slightly and leaned in closer, testing that power further. Hearing her mention being beautiful but not knowing much about photography Chloe chuckled softly and focused on Victoria’s lips suddenly. Watching how the words formed as she arched a brow and inhaled some. They were close, which was what Chloe wanted in the first place. She had been playing model for the girl for a month or two now and Chloe felt it was safe enough to test the limits of attraction. With the Camera still in place she leaned in almost touching her thin lips against Victoria’s as she lingered only long enough to snap a photo of the heat of the moment that had suddenly surfaced. Lowering the Camera after she heard the snap she lingered a little longer, her eyes still focused on Victoria’s lips. It wouldn’t have taken much for her to close the small almost non existent space between their lips and see just how far a kiss could get her. However as she moved to lean fully in the heavy door to the photo room was pushed open. Letting out a frustrated sigh Chloe leaned back enough to look Victoria in her eyes.
“Looks like your real model is here now..” She commented as she looked to the door before looking back tot eh blonde she had pinned against the wall, “I think I proved my point though.” she smarted playfully, with a heated look still behind her blue eyes.
Rachel was running late as usual, and was racing against the clock to make it to the photo shoot before her best friend Victoria threw her hands up to call the whole thing off. She quickly opened the door expecting to see Victoria setting up the photo shoot, but the rush all came to a sudden stop as she was not prepared to see what she wished she could un-see. Her hazel eyes couldn’t help but stay locked on the two girls standing intimately close together as she felt her throat close up. She rejected her emotions by looking away and nonchalantly putting her hands in her back pocket as she waited for one of them to break their heated trance. In just those couple of seconds, she thought of a million different reactions she wanted to portray in that moment; but the moment itself was awkward and Rachel couldn’t say a word to either of them.
Rachel simply ignored the situation and started getting ready for the photo shoot like a true professional model. She had no way of controlling what had happened, so she focused on the job at hand. The goal was to get some head-shots done for a major modeling agency in Los Angeles, and she couldn’t let some womanizing local low-life get in the way her California dream. Rachel planted her determined feet in front of the white backdrop replacing the tall blue-eyed girl, and her eyes fueled a paining fire straight into the camera lens.
Pressed against the wall with nowhere to go, Victoria started to breathe heavily. Being around Chloe as much as she had during their two month photo session, had put her in a constant state of arousal, and as much as she didn't want to react the way she did, she couldn't stop herself. Chloe was sexy, and Victoria wanted her. She wanted to know what her skin felt like under her fingers, how soft the underside of her thighs were, how she tested. Victoria hadn't desired someone this much in so long she couldn't even remember who it had been.
She raised her eyes, and her lips were close to Chloe’s. Neither of them spoke, she drew a breath sharply, in another instant the outer world was dark to her, and their whole universe was nothing but a single kiss .... Her lips parted a little, a flush stole over her cheek, was this reality, or a dream.
A loud snap brought her back to reality. And Chloe...Chloe was still here...this was going to happen. The door opened, and Victoria gazed at Chloe moving lips...
Quickly she straightened up her clothes and took her camera form Chloe's hands. “R-Rachel! You finally arrived!“ Victoria nervously stated the obvious as she approaches her friend. She turned around and signaled to Chloe to follow her “Chlo, this is my best friend and my top model, the fabulous Rachel.“ she smiled sweetly “I can't possibly imagine my life without her. She is a part of who I am.“ Victoria acted like nothing happened.
“Why don't I let you guys get to know each other and I'll make us some coffee! Please don't talk about me when I'm gone!“ She smiled and gave them a pleading look before she bounced away to get some coffee.
Victoria grinned widely. “It’s because photography is my passion. It’s not so boring as you think.” She explained in a pretentious tone. “There has to be a story behind the picture. See, the first image was simply ‘girl-standing-in-front-of- backdrop’ There was no depth, no story. In the second one, by shooting from that low angle, that demonstrated your power. Having you in focus rather than the your surroundings also added to that power dynamic. You see, this is pretty much a royal portrait showing the Punk Queen of Arcadia Bay. ” She concluded with a smirk.
Completely baffled by Chloe’s sudden approach, the young photographer backed away, but ultimately failed to prevent what happened next.
“H-hey you, that’s not a toy!“ She pretended to be angry, but her smile was disarming. Victoria rolled her eyes and stomped over to the backdrop.
“I’ve been a few times, but I like to be behind it.“ not-a-clue.
Smiling she took a pose in front of the backdrop.
“Hmm, I guess picture of moments do last longer, but then are you really apart of the moment when your behind the camera? It’s not like you are able to focus on the shot and focus on the moment itself at the same time, don’t you feel like you kinda miss out on opportunities?”
The taller female watched the slightly shorter female through the lens as she posed against the backdrop, “Relax, I’ve held a camera before.” She smirked behind the camera before lowering it suddenly as she watched Victoria against the back drop. “I’m no queen, I run this town under the radar. I’ll let you and all the other royalty fight for the crown, I’ll just be the one giving people the dagger to stab everyone in the back with.” She chuckled some but stepped closer without lifting the Camera back to her face. A sly grin played at the edge of her lips as she studied Victoria’s pose with her eyes.
“Sooo if low angles create an image of power what kind of image do you think this would demonstrate?”
Her voice suddenly dropped some as she stepped close enough to where their shoes nearly touched, though Chloe stepped around Victoria’s feet in order to close the distance some more. With a half smile forming to her lips she held the camera up somewhat out to her side but up enough to get their faces in a shot if she clicked the button to do so. Sitting into her hip some she gazed down at Victoria with a lifted brow, genuinely wondering what her thoughts would be. In a way she was also testing the girl in the same moment, Chloe was bored with the mock photo shoot but knew it was an excuse to get as close as she needed to the girl who was of equal popularity as her. Chloe didn’t care much for the title, only more so that everyone knew her or of her at least. Arcadia was a small town, but it was only just a start for the rebel’s networking. However this she did deliberately out of the impulse in the moment. The mention of power caught her interest and now she was testing just how much power the blonde photographer saw in her.

"It's not about me, it's not about the photographer! I'm supposed to be on that side of the camera, capturing that perfect moment! That's what makes us artist happy and fulfilled. People don't need to know my face, or my name to appreciate a good photo..Photography isn't just about pressing a button on a camera. Every picture has its own story. And you must look at us photographers as you look at writers. We create the story, we are not part of it...avoid Mary sue...that’s why I hate selfies."
Victoria opened her mouth to say something in retort to Chloe's words, but really didn’t have anything to respond with, and she just kind of gaped her mouth stupidly for a few seconds. Until she noticed that the punk was getting closer with a sly grin on her lips. "I-I don't know, usually I don't model..I need to see through the lens to tell you.."
"Sometimes the best pictures are when the model isn't posing at all. Like when they're in a stance that is relaxed and familiar to them." Victoria gazed at Chloe, afraid to move. She was never nervous with models before, but Chloe took the game into her own hands, changing the rules as she sees fit.
Victoria smiled and nodded. "You are so very beautiful, just you .. you don't know anything about photography.." She bit her lip and backed away slowly until she was pressed against the wall.
Victoria grinned widely. “It’s because photography is my passion. It’s not so boring as you think.” She explained in a pretentious tone. “There has to be a story behind the picture.
