Other than his wild and reckless behavior i love that character because he’s in all of us. He’s not just an alter-ego, he’s that demon that everyone has.
I figured this out when i was popping pills in march and april of this year so often that i can barely remember what i did in those months.
Or my anxiety disorder, is a good example of this character.
Whether it’s self harm, depression, anxiety, eating disorders, drug abuse, etc. There’s always that subconscious talking down on you in the back of your head or urging you to pop those pills or pick up that blade.
It’s not just a character or a song, it’s the demon that everyone has.
That’s why he is one of the most genius characters to ever be put on an album.
