You get a smidgen more exploring time before you're captured again and taken to your crew and back to the boat, but at this point no one is happy including you, because no one pet you the Whole Time you were off adventuring and that's a damn travesty.
And not only that, when you get back to the ship, you're locked up tight in the aft cabin because no one trusts you anymore not to wander off and break into government facilities when they're not looking, and then when the boat gets back to her homeport in Aberdeen, they do you just the WORST injustice and lock you inside there! For the whole winter! And then the following summer, because you are now a Criminal and Criminals don't sail.
Except this season, you made Big Pouty Eyes at everyone, and they caved and let you back on, so you are a very happy kitty now.
With a tracker in your collar so this doesn't happen again.

I'm going to talk about some body positivity that most people don't address
Your vagina is beautiful, no matter how the lips look, the size, the shape, the coloration, whether you shave it or don't shave it, no matter what. It is beautiful.
Your penis is beautiful, no matter how long it is, the angle it may bend, what coloration it has, shaved or unshaved, cut or uncut, no matter what. It is beautiful.
There's an absurd amount of social pressure to have "perfect" genitalia, even if most people don't talk about these things in most settings. This type of pressure can be felt, and can lead to serious body dysphoria.
Of course, bottom surgery is an option, but not everyone can afford that type of procedure, and additionally, any type of surgery can be extremely scary for most people. Nobody should be ashamed for not undergoing bottom surgery out of fear of risk.
While some of us are stuck with the bodies we have, it is important to not be ashamed of our "imperfections", and instead love what makes us so unique, and therefore, beautiful.
And yes, this includes parts of the body that most people (sex ed classrooms) refuse to talk about.

this is stupid but I genuinely worry that kids ARE being priced out of video games like. totk is heavily sanitized to maintain a particular rating that often works against itself but like, I struggle to imagine the kid who's approaching their parents like "one hundred dollars for a video game please" my biggest gaming triumph was in high school when my parents bought us an xbox 360 and one game. we got the wii as it was going out of style and played primarily gamecube games on it, and even back then to buy a new gamecube game or a DS game was a twenty dollar endeavour. what kind of slideshow does a ten year old have to present in order to convince their parents to drop a hundie on legend of zelda.
Like listen 1) do you think game devs are being paid proportionally to video game price hikes. Looking around at the state of games in the past couple years and all the unionization efforts, do you think that's accurate? Do you think game devs are getting residuals for video games they worked on while nintendo continues to collect 101 CAD for every copy of breath of the wild? and 2) whether or not I was spot on correct about every quoted price and can produce receipts from 2006 isn't the point. The point is that if I waited a year after a release I could buy a secondhand copy of most games but all switch physical copies are brand new and far lower in circulation than games that ONLY came in physical copy. Nintendo games don't go on sale. Kids generally aren't as adept at emulation if they understand how to do it at all, and teaching the parents to do so is not a valid strategy because there's a million reasons why a parent couldn't do so and even more situations where they just wouldn't even if they knew how.
Where's walmart's huge bin of old switch games? Where's the huge wealth of physical copies for indie games for countries where they can't rely on a digital download (and that's you too America!)? What WAGE is a child getting to save up money for a single hundred dollar video game on their own, because my point is that a lot of parents are going to outright reject a hundred dollar purchase in MAY and kids have no means to compensate for that themselves, even the ones who can expect decent Christmas and birthday dollars? Kids play shit like Fortnite and Genshin not because they have worse taste than us, but because those are the games they can afford to play! And it's death by a thousand cuts because 100 1$ purchases are easier to ask for than a hundred dollars outright for a brand new video game when most parents who aren't deep in the paint on gaming still assume that they can wait for a price drop.

something i do love about the gay community that i never really got when i was in sapphic spaces is that like. gay guys just like really fucking love men. when you’re in a gay male space, you will very rarely hear them even mention women. pretty much everything is about other men. but when i was in sapphic spaces back before i came out, there was so much constant focus on men and not liking men and not wanting men near us and if that bi girl mentions that she has a boyfriend then she’s ruining the sanctity of this manless space (where we just happen to talk about men like 40% of the time) and did i mention we hate men. and it honestly makes me really sad. one of the reasons i initially started backing away from sapphic spaces online was because we like???? very rarely ever actually focused on liking women???? i’m still unsure if i’m attracted to women, but i was even more confused before i came out because we talked more about not liking men than what it felt like to like women. and it just makes me worry for young sapphics who are trying to figure out how they feel and all they’re told is how not to feel. idk this is kind of a ramble but i’ve just been thinking abt this a lot lately.
And this is why, despite being very sapphic myself, I avoid a LOT of wlw online spaces. Because 9/10 times, the focus is less on loving women and is more on hating men. And as a genderqueer transmasc, and as a bisexual who does also love men, it’s deeply fucking alienating.
Online sapphic spaces have been taken over by (at least imo) a very vocal minority who define their attraction by how much they are not attracted to men, not by how much they love women. And it’s very radfemmy and TERFy and over all terrible and I can’t speak for everyone, but I can certainly say that I and many of my friends who are sapphic do not feel welcome in those spaces that are supposed to exist as a celebration of loving women.

We (as trans people) don't need to have an "I always knew" story. We don't need to have the ~magical transsexual gene~. It's incredibly hard for so many of us to figure out why we're trans, and if being trans was always a choice, the reasons for choosing to be trans would be complex. If being trans is always a choice, that doesn't negate that we deserve human dignity and respect for who we are.
It shouldn't matter if you chose your trans identity or not, becayse you still are a person. You breath the same air I do, and you deserve to live how you want, on your terms. You watch the same sunrises and sunsets I do, you are here. I, for one, welcome you no matter what your inner reflections are about your transness. You have a place in this world, you have inherent worth.

earlier today i was talking to someone and i mentioned one of my friends, and said 'yeah it was saying-' and before i could finish my sentence she interrupted me and went "it?" as if i'd misspoken. when i said "yeah, it said-" she looked at me as if i'd like insulted her or something and went "why are you calling your friends its? don't you mean they?"
i pretty much just went "nevermind" because that's not worth it (and no i'm not misgendering a friend for someone else's "comfort" like wtf) but the issue is
this. happens. every. time.
you tell someone else you use it/its? they look at you like you're fucking insane. 99% of the time they will refuse to use your pronouns because it's "offensive" to them (yknow what else is offensive? purposely misgendering me when i literally just told you my pronouns). when you talk about a friend who uses it/its pronouns, 99% of the time the other person will try to like. correct you or stop you even though they don't even know who you're talking about.
