(25+) Mostly Transformers, maybe a little Star Wars. No nsfw here-- oop, no wait, scratch that. There's def some occasional nsfw lurking around here lol, but I'll try to remember to tag.

Lol I reblogged that inspo gifset of Pedro Pascal's character encouraging another character to keep moving forward and write even though the writer might feel underappreciated or stuck in a rut or whatever and someone reblogged that with like a numbered list of why pressuring an artist to keep working when they don't want to is bad...

And like. You know both concepts can be right. Like you generally don't improve as an artist if you don't ever push your boundaries/comfort zone or persevere even when things get really tough. But obviously that grind mentality can be taken to extreme and when the work is grind and not growth then you've got a problem that can effect mental/physical health...

Anyway I'm glad the block function exists :)

Be honest... is there trouble in the air on Tumblr? I keep seeing some posts about how they've made changes to the desktop layout...

If Tumblr is going the way of Twitter, I don't want it... twit fics were annoying to craft because of the character/posting limitations, as well as how you'd have to scroll/unravel tweets endlessly to read a proper story.

Are people staying? Going? What's the vibe...?

Thanks for you input, everyone!

I am old enough to remember the ff(dot)net purges, the deviant art purges, as well as fansites/livejournal being shutdown... the Tumblr exodus to Twitter was actually the one that affected me the most and I hate that it feels like the community I've spent so much time in could be ripped away at a moments notice...

For now, I'm sticking it out here! There's no other site like Tumblr... (unless they make it like Twitter, ew)
