If you are asking if our laws cater to people who use and abuse younger girls (or any human being of any age) for their own selfish lusts, then the answer is absolutely NO! Our laws cater to people who give love, not suck it out of others.
Not abuse but giving the love and attention to young girls .sexual and emotional.if a guy of say 25 has a girlfriend of 14 or 15 and they have a sexual relationship as well as an intimate emotional one.do your laws condemn it or is it acceptable?
