✖️ shaving my legs. Especially my thighs, there’s just so much fat and extra space that needs shaving

✖️ slouching. If I’m not wearing a super padded bra, feeling my boobs and belly stack on top of each other makes me wanna vomit

✖️ crossing my legs. Struggling to get my fat fucking thighs on top of each other is so embarrassing

✖️ putting on pants that fit well but you still have a muffin top

✖️ moving quickly. In any way at all, and feeling all your disgusting soft spots jiggle

✖️ looking down. Feeling my extra chins fold over under my jaw
