Begone - A little chant to cast someone from your thoughts.
*you can also burn a name sigil, a photo or a representative to aid the chant.*
Be gone from my mind
Be gone from my thoughts
The image of you has made me cross
Be gone from my dreams
Be gone from my heart
With these words you must depart.
Be gone, Be gone, Be gone
As i speak it, leave me alone.

My grandma told me every time you move the clasp of a necklace from the front of your neck to the back, you should make a wish. I’m now using this as a small day to day spell

Folklore
Good resource to have, especially when you’re a witch and don’t know which spirit you are dealing with.
Earth Healing Sigil (Amazon)
This sigil came to me whilst I was doing a spell for the fires that continue to burn the Amazon down.
This is a sigil to be used and shared by anyone to bring healing to the Earth.
To specifically use this to aid the Amazon, to bring large storms: meditate and think about the intent infusing in to each line, visualize, hear, smell the thundering of a storm as it washes away the fire.
🔮A mini spell:🔮 I would also recommend burning a green candle and placing it in a bowl of water (preferably storm/rain water) and visualizing or burning this sigil in the flame.
To use this sigil for collective Earth healing: meditate and think about the intent infusing in to each line, visualize white light filling and surrounding the Earth from it’s core to the outer projection of the Earths Energy field.
You may re-draw/print this and intuitively do with it what feels right for you (hang it up, draw it wherever, burn it, soak it etc.).
Blessed Be and may we all come together to heal not only ourselves but our home!
SIDE NOTE: Along with our collective energy work to help heal the destruction of the Earth, don’t forget to: RESEARCH and find ways to AID by donating, volunteering, spreading awareness and reducing unnecessary materialistic and meat consumption. If we work as a collective, we still have hope ✨
Witch Tip
This is a crystal charger box. It’s a really simple way for charging your crystals for specific needs. All you have to do is get a box, write what you want the crystal to be charged with on top of the lid - for example promoting sleep, and then place the crystal in the box. Great for charging on the go!
If you want to, here is a tutorial on how to do your own paper box if you feel extra crafty. It’s really good if you have crystals in different sizes; just change the paper’s measurements. Make sure your crystals are cleansed and free of negativity before putting them in the box, so it doesn’t get all clogged up. The same box can be used several times, if you like.
Such a good idea! Especially because I have such perfect little reusable boxes saved from gifts. Placing a piece of selenite in there if you have it would be wonderful as well :)
You can also fill the box with herbs that correspond with your intention
Therapists are just…. Common sense filters
Me: yeah so I just don’t have the energy to get up and make myself a sandwich or wait for something to cook so I just. Don’t
Her: why don’t you just eat the sandwich components without putting them together
Me:
Her: you can just eat a handful of cheese and some sandwich meat. You don’t have to make a sandwich.
Me:
Me: what
Therapists finding loopholes for mental illness things is one of my favorite things about dealing with mental illness because it really helps me understand that just because a reaction is Common doesn’t mean it’s Right. Does doing dishes stress you out a lot? Buy paper plates. Do your obsessive thoughts make you worry about leaving your curling iron on so you drive home from work to check? Just put the curling iron in your purse and bring it to work with you while we work on tackling where this worry comes from. Symptom management doesn’t have to look like drudgery.
i used to go days without showering because seeing my body was so upsetting that i would end up spiraling and then i realized i could simply turn the lights out. it took some getting used to but i’ve been showering with the lights off for years and it’s now one of my favorite parts of my day.
do whatever you want nothing is real and there’s no need to inflict unnecessary suffering on yourself just to try to seem “normal”
I love this post
Hmmm
These kinds of loopholes make life so. Much. Better.
One of my favorite stories is this lady had extremely bad OCD. Every day she’d be late to work because she was convinced that her hair dryer was going to burn down the house so would always have to turn around and check it. Multiple times a day even. A bunch of doctors tied to “fix” her of that fear, until one day she got a doctor that suggested she bring the hair dryer with her. Other doctors were annoyed, saying that wasn’t a the correct way to help, but she gave it a go. When she had that fear, she’d look over and see the hair dryer unplugged in the seat next to her and was able to carry on. I think it’s such a perfect example of actually helping someone instead of forcing them into a neurotypical standard.
That story helped me stop repeatedly checking if my front door was locked. Instead of checking that the door was locked over and over I would check my security system app. If it’s on it will alert me if the front door opens.
“…actually helping someone instead of forcing them into a neurotypical standard” should be added to the Hippocratic Oath.
Started reading about the door and I thought they were gonna say they took the door with them
They’re👏called👏adaptive👏behaviors👏and 👏are 👏literally 👏how👏you 👏fight 👏mental👏 illness👏
As someone who often has a very limited amount of spoons due to my depression causing pretty bad executive distinction, this is extremely helpful to hear. Especially the part about not having to adapt to neurotypical behavior.

Guys! They also have a shop where you can buy t-shirts that provide them money for planting the trees in Brazil!
Also each t-shirt you buy is 20 planted trees! Check out their shop!!
Please reblog this, they need as much help as they can get.
If you have depression and find yourself taking naps often due to chronic fatigue I just wanna remind you that you aren’t wasting time. You aren’t running out of time. You need rest, you need to catch up on the energy that you spend fighting your depression. It’s all gonna be okay. Life is long, you’re not wasting it by sleeping a little more often.
