“How are you doing?” he was asked. With a weak, wobbly smile, he replied with; “Just peachy” whilst also mentally cursing.

a witch who uses his magic pretty much exclusively for making highly fattening sweets
Lust would be the best feeder
Sometimes trying something new means getting yourself knocked up! I’ve always been super attracted to content like this, but never thought I’d have the guts (lol) to try it out myself! I’ll be honest, it was a lot heavier than I thought it would be, but maybe I should’ve started out with a smaller belly. Hmmm… What do you guys think? If I get enough responses I might even release some more pics of my big ol’ belly~
me, actually coloring a drawing? ridiculous
this is lenus, a healer who just wants to help others (although they might need some help themself right now)
Unwitting pred doesn't remember how she got herself into this situation
Ref for Karim, my new sphinx pred. Bottom left is him with a single human-sized prey in his belly, and bottom right is him with the maximum prey he can fit in his belly (6).
Karim is generally a safe and protective vore pred. He patrols the desert surrounding the tomb he guards and, if he sees someone stranded, he swallows them and carries them to safety in his belly. The desert surrounding the tomb Karim guards is notably prone to shifting dunes and sandstorms, and he has saved many people who have lost their way.
The amulet he wears is one of the relics of the dragonslayer. It prevents the wearer from being digested: a useful thing for someone who became legendary for slaying dragons. However, he usually uses it to protect his prey by putting it on them before he swallows them, making them immune to his digestive acids.
If someone comes to the tomb seeking the relics, Karim asks them a riddle to see if they are worthy. If they get the riddle wrong, he simply sends them away. However, if they try to take the relics by force, Karim devours them whole, and they meet their end when they succumb to his digestive acids. Karim doesn’t like digesting anyone, but he views it as a necessary evil in cases like this: if the relics fell into the wrong hands, it could be catastrophic. Karim has never lost a fight against anyone who tried to steal the relics, but he did lose half of his tail.
Self-indulgent doodle of Rana, several hours into digesting her latest meal.
(contains unwilling prey and digestion with reformation)
Here’s a basic example of a vore dnd scenario using the system I’ve been working on.
Say Fred and Bob are two human fighters fighting a werewolf. On the werewolf’s first turn, it makes a bite attack against Bob and succeeds, grabbing Bob in its mouth. Bob can’t attack on his next turn. He tries to escape with an athletics check but fails. Fred deals damage to the werewolf, but not enough to kill it.
On the werewolf’s next turn, it succeeds with a swallow action and swallows Bob whole. Bob’s up next and fails the athletics check to escape, using his action. Fred deals damage to the werewolf.
On the werewolf’s next turn, Bob takes acid damage from the stomach and the werewolf claws at Fred or something. Bob decides to attack the werewolf from the inside this time and successfully deals damage. Fred then deals enough damage to kill the werewolf, allowing Bob to escape undigested.
Or, for another scenario, imagine Bob and Fred are fighting a very powerful dragon. The dragon uses its first turn to try to eat Bob, and because it has multiattack, it can bite and then swallow on the same turn. It succeeds both actions, and Bob is immediately swallowed whole. Bob tries to deal damage to the dragon from the inside, but because he has disadvantage from being restrained, he fails. Fred attacks the dragon and deals some damage.
On the dragon’s next turn, Bob takes acid damage from the dragon’s stomach, and then the dragon uses the same attack combo against Fred. Because it has such a high attack modifier, it succeeds and swallows Fred as well. Fred and Bob both deal some damage to the dragon from inside of its belly.
Since the dragon is out of targets to attack, it simply does whatever it wants while its stomach deals acid damage to Bob and Fred at the beginning of each of its turns. Bob and Fred manage to do some damage to the dragon over the next few turns, but it’s not nearly enough to kill it, and any escape attempts fail.
Finally, a turn occurs where Bob and Fred are at zero hit points and then take additional stomach acid damage. They lose consciousness and are fully digested by the dragon over time.
At some point, Fred and Bob can reform and continue their adventure. This is largely up to the dm: maybe they reform at the last place they took a rest, maybe someone casts a spell, maybe those magic rings they found a while ago let them do it. They may have lost some of their money or belongings from being digested, or maybe they start with a certain level of exhaustion. It’s up to the dm.

[Commissioned by @justicegundam82. I’ve known about Atenebris’ fanged bird monsters for years, and knew I wanted to use that design for something. This Northern Italian monster fit the bill nicely. Here is the only English language source I could find. Some Italian sources accessed on Google Translate suggested that the hunter was attacked for poaching birds, not just while hunting them. This inspired the “overzealous guardian of nature” approach I took in my flavor text.]
Ucelat CR 7 NE Magical Beast This immense creature is mostly birdlike. Its head bears the ears and mane of a horse, and its mouth is packed with sharp tusk-like teeth. Its muscular legs end in curved talons, and it appraises the world around it with glimmering eyes.
The ucelat is a guardian of primal nature that resents the intrusions of humanoids into the natural world. They are evil, but theirs is the evil of disproportionate retribution—all infractions against the unspoiled wilderness are to be punished by death. As such, they often count among their allies evil druids or more sinister fey. Their greatest enemies are the gods of civilization, who they see as upstarts and worthy only of scorn.
An ucelat commonly patrols its territory from on high, soaring above the hills and mountains it calls home in search of intruders. These it dives upon, often bombarding them with magically conjured rocks to weaken them before swooping down to clutch and tear their flesh. Ucelats have magical control over fire, and can use it to lash out at foes that shelter in places too small for them to reach. It is widely rumored that ucelats can be defeated with holy weapons or turned like the undead, but the truth is that they fear honest faith. A holy relic frightens them less than the prayers of those who believe in that relic’s power.
An ucelat has a wingspan of about thirty feet. They are long lived, and can survive several centuries if not slain in combat.
