Bigots will say shit like “sex is based on chromosones/gametes” like they’ve ever actually seen either of these things in person
unironically people need to learn to say “they haven’t done anything wrong i just find them annoying”
You could try and not be owned by @dickbong69
i trust @dickbong69 more than any astrologist
a woman will be 28 or whatever and all the 24 year olds are in shock like “no fucking way I seriously couldn’t tell. you don’t look near death at all”
"it's not queer fiction unless the queerness is explicitly declared in the text according to currently accepted terminology and in a way that meets the approval of the entire audience" I mean follow your heart I guess but I trust myself as a queer person to recognise queer themes
"but doesn't this risk giving the author undue credit for queer representation" I do not care about the author
we’re the only animals that know what will happen later in the day
deer: “who knows. i might find a river. i may be attacked by wolves”
man, gods favorite creature: “tonight i will indulge in overwatch pornography”
this really is the funniest website since 2000 followers roughly equates to 5 notes as your floor on any given post. 30 if you’ve said something wretched.
it feels like a whalefall in here
I really genuinely like this site and it's original layout and premise. I like custom themes. I like mobile themes. I like how posting works. I like how tag search works. I like sending and receiving asks. I like how you can make your blog whatever the hell you want. I like this fucking platform and for some reason staff is vigorously sawing their limbs off like they have to but they're in the middle of a grocery store and everyone there is going "why the hell are you doing that?" and staff cries "you all want me to"
We should actually have like ten movies a year and who gets to make a movie with what budget is decided by drawing names from a hat and disney is no longer allowed to enter because the amount of media they’ve produced already outnumbers a century’s worth of watchtime alone
my favorite example of transferable skills in fiction regardless of how realistic it is are people who work with textiles (sewing, tailoring, etc.) being asked to help stitch a wound or perform surgery. oh you can mend a hole in a shirt? mend a hole in this guy then. it's basically the same thing just with more blood and screaming.
customer: wow, these stitches are so neat! where did you learn how to do this?
former mafia boss who abandoned the life of crime after realizing one day that he had a talent and passion for sewing: don't worry about it
