I think he didn't have any real friends,connections among his colleagues. From what I see,The Spot was looked down upon for a long time before the events of the atsv. Such indifference to a person's tragedy happens when they're an outcast 😕

I've never seen anyone even mentioning that The Spot's fate is (indeed) very tragic.

I think people are really overlooking his character and his whole deal.You can literally already make the most obvious assumptions about his conflict as a character,former place in the society,how he feels about no one caring about the fact that his life has fallen apart and only taking it as joke,etc. from his monologue.But,as I have already said, he is constantly disregarded, and from what I've seen, only treated as a comic relief by the fanbase (which is even more devastating because he's already overlooked,ignored and laughed at by everyone)
