I am learning that my jealousy is a derivative of trust that has been broken, taken for granted or trust that did not exist in the first place. That yearning has its seeds embedded in co-dependency which does not necessarily mean that it is negative, it’s an emotion of the mind that does not need to be denied but, understand that yearning is not a need of the heart or the soul. Do not allow it to control you in your relationships. In loving, being loved, seeking love; it is important to remember that you are the source of love and choose wisely with whom you choose to share it with outside of yourself. The most important lesson that I have discovered is that some people will enter your life for a season and that is perfectly fine - because each season has a cause: Spring for planting and nurturing the seeds of your joy. Summer for enjoying the fruits of that labour. Autumn for the decaying that fertilizes and preserves what once was Winter for simply resting and taking a break.
