I love you cheats I love you easy mode I love you settings that make things different in specific ways I love you adaptive fighting so it gets easier if you suck at it thank you to all the things in the world of video games that make it so you can access the story regardless of skill but still play it on a higher difficulty if you so desire

I stayed up late finishing this one. No smut but I got invested in the characters and enjoyed the twists and turns. I also jumped on the bandwagon of a clear kindle case and just placing stickers (not removing the backing) because you can switch them out whenever. The pop socket should be here later today 😂

Now that I have no more quests/storyline in Disney Dreamlight Valley I’m on the it’s time to decorate and make my island look good kick. Which doing with a controller is hard so I thought oh yeah it has cloud save/cross platform progression I’ll just get it on my computer for better editing. But apparently Sony is the only one that doesn’t allow cross platform progression 🤦🏼‍♀️🤦🏼‍♀️🤦🏼‍♀️ and I’ve come too far to start over on switch/pc.

Made myself a nice gem storage room 😂

And all I seem to find is how everything has chains. And all my life just feels like an idiot dream. Selected poems and lovers I never seen again. And all in all I find that nothing stays the same.”

i love reading sad books bc when your own grief is stopped up inside you like a clogged drain you can grieve for a character on a page and understand that you're also grieving for yourself a little bit

‘There is a theory that watching unbearable stories about other people lost in grief and rage is good for you—may cleanse you of your darkness. Do you want to go down to the pits of yourself all alone? Not much. What if an actor could do it for you? Isn’t that why they are called actors? They act for you. You sacrifice them to action. And this sacrifice is a mode of deepest intimacy of you with your own life. Within it you watch [yourself] act out the present or possible organization of your nature. You can be aware of your own awareness of this nature as you never are at the moment of experience. The actor, by reiterating you, sacrifices a moment of his own life in order to give you a story of yours.’

-Anne Carson, ‘Grief Lessons: Four Plays By Euripides’

First massage and facial were done today and I feel blissed out. The knot she broke up in my shoulder blade though was 😬🤢. I only wish I did 90 minutes instead of 60 minutes because I feel like those extra 30 minutes would have done even more. Oh well, next time. Now to drink tons of water, stretch, relax and make Big Mac pasta salad.
