My actual goals are to be so successful & independent that I can spoil myself and my family and do what I love and go where I want whenever.
I know you're going through so much but I just can't help it. I need to talk to someone or I'll break. I used to be depressed a few years ago but it slowly faded away over time. Recently I've started feeling so blue and it's gotten more regular. All I want to do is talk to someone about it all the time. Try to sort out every bit of me and have someone ask me constantly how I am. I feel such an attention seeker idk what to do anymore. I promised my best friend I wouldn't cut but I can't do this.
Hun there are so many people out there that can help and support you through this. Without seeing the mental health services i do, i would have died a hundred times over. I’m so sorry you’re going through this again, but you’ve come so far and you’re strong enough to fight through it. Reach out, let those around you know how you feel, and realise that you absolutely do not deserve to hurt yourself. *hugs* please keep fighting and try to make good choices x
