nicki is one of, if not the most talented, ruthless ass motherfucker in the western music scene right now and the fact that she doesn’t take bullcrap from privileged white artists or biased award shows is honestly unheard of and inspiring. i am so here for her standing up for herself and other woc who are constantly getting snubbed in the entertainment industry, it’s people like her who should be commended for speaking out on the fact that people of colour deserve to receive every opportunity a privileged white artist is handed. she may have been screwed over by the vmas but her efforts on social media have made her a winner in my heart.

we need to be telling Kevin how much we love him, because god knows that every time a new person listens to pentatonix, it’s Kevin that takes their breath away. Of course the others are important and everyone is amazed by them, but there’s that breath of “he’s actually doing that?” Which has come from anyone who has ever seen him. And we need him to know that!!!
