Hi guys! Look what happened, my painting turned into mural in the city of Veszprém! Veszprém is one of the European Capitals of Culture this year and I had the chance at Mome to create something for the city! The special thing about this is that the owl’s eyes will light up at night from April!
Unfortunately I got a lot of negative comments on social media, especially on Facebook. Because of the color combination, many thought that it was made in solidarity with Ukraine. The truth is that I created the drawing in 2020 way before the war. But even if it was the case, the harsh comments are still unnecessary and heartless. For that reason I don’t want to focus on those who judge me based on one artwork. I want to be proud of myself!🦉Huge thanks for NeoPaint Works who made this possible!
Oh well, people in the city seem to hate it with passion. I dont know, at this point they should just paint over it 🥲
