finally I built up this 40x20 lot omg who even came up with this UgLy SiZe lmao

anyway, here you can find a small convenience store which I made that way you can use it as a restaurant and a retail if you wish!

Simkhira Save File - Version 3

Welcome to Willow Creek!

This is the third version of my reimagined save file perfect for rotational gameplay. Each of the families are connected in some way. I highly encourage you to read the family descriptions to fully immerse yourself into the drama of Willow Creek. This world is completely renovated - and all other worlds are empty (with the exception of vacation worlds).

V3 Updates: 

  • Newcrest is complete!
  • Magnolia Promenade is complete!
  • All home interiors have been updated (yes, again). 
  • New and improved hospital.

V2 Updates:

  • Updated Neighborhoods (more trees, landscaping, etc.)
  • Updated Homes (better rooflines, better layouts, etc.)

Before You Download:

  • I own all TS4 EPs, GPs, SPs, and KPs.
  • This world requires custom content (included in the .ZIP)
  • All Sims have relationships, careers, degrees, lifestyles, reputations, etc.
  • Aging is disabled - you can easily change this in the settings.
  • Neighborhood Stories is disabled - again, change in the settings.

Tasteful Tots - Infant Set with 27 Items and 1 Default Replacement

Well this set has been a long time coming. I first mocked up the cot back when Growing Together released, but put it on the backburner while I worked on other things. I finally had the inspiration to finish the set and here we are. I decided to focus on infants and not toddlers but maybe in the future I will revisit and add to this theme. But right now I am really pleased with it as a standalone project.

at the request of the lovely @cowplant-snacks, here's some recolors for the sippy cup infants and toddlers use! because we hate base game green!!

  • base game compatible
  • replaces the green sippy cup infants and toddler use
  • this is an OVERRIDE, please only put ONE file in your mods folder; having multiple sippy cups will cause a conflict.
  • to change the color, just replace the file in your mods folder

Sims 4 High School Years: Narrower High School Lockers [fully functional!]

I made school that is not so big. And after I found Lockers Overhaul mod by @chippedscreationcorner I found out that my school is too small for all this lockers… (especially because I'm using Aramiteus' High School More Class Mates mod and I have 30 students rn)

So I made narrower school lockes! They are fully functional ❤ I know a grid is a bit off but right now I'm not captable of fixing it. BUT! But, but, but… it does NOT affect the gameplay! I even put some locker right beside doors and my sim could get through them with no problems, soo… I hope you will enjoy them!

Locker's grid it's now fixed!

The One With The Loving Parents (In Development)

Hey guys! Here's a more detailed sneak peek of what I'm currently working on.

With the Romance mod coming out to the public later today, I have a few more things in the pipeline. One of those things is the Parenting Mega Interactions Mod: Loving Parents.

You guys, I'm soooo excited about this one.

My favorite thing to do in Sims is building large families, and I feel like the base parenting system in the game has a lot to improve on. With that in mind, I will have a series of mods that I will release throughout the year, all related to parenting. The first one of the bunch will be the Loving Interactions mod.

Features will include 4 main menus: Get to Know, Praise, Loving, and Reassurance.

As with my other mods, lot's of these interactions will have their own unique buffs, moods and dialog in notification form.

This is still early in development, so I don't have a lot of screen shots to share just yet, but keep an eye out for more information about this in the next coming weeks.

As for the timeline... I'm expecting to have the beta test version released by Early May/June for my patrons, and hopefully to have the early access/public release sometime in June/July.

[MOD] Brush Teeth From Toothbrush Holders

This tiny mod adds a "Brush Teeth" interaction for decor toothbrush holders, allowing you to start brushing teeth by clicking on the holders.

Instead of conjuring up a toothbrush out of thin air in front of the sink, sims will approach the selected toothbrush holder to grab a toothbrush and then walk to the nearest sink to brush their teeth.

Note: An available sink is required on the lot for the option to show up and for sims to be able to start brushing teeth.

Supports EA toothbrush holder items and some CC items. Please see the download page to check the supported item lists.

Requirements:

  • Scumbumbo's XML Injector (latest version)

Compatibilities:

  • Base Game Compatible
  • This mod does not override any in-game resources, so it should not conflict with other mods as far as I know.
  • It does not override the original EA Brush Teeth interaction, so it will not affect mods by other creaters that modify this interaction, and sims should be able to get buffs or effects that brought by other mods properly. However, some of the modifications to the original Brush Teeth interaction may cause this mod to not work. Let me know if you encounter any issues.
