Number one ☝🏾 never be scared to ask for help. It’s ok sister this is life, we all go through things in life. Now what I can tell you is, is that all ways drink a lot of water, cause water helps with hygiene. Too much pop, and and sugary drinks isn’t good for the body. As far as certain foods... I’m not sure, but someone has told me that too much hot/spicy foods aren’t good. Now as far as your vagina, you should shower every day. Not just because your a bigger woman, just having a vagina alone sis lol cause you have smaller woman that can have the same problem. But me personally I use vagisil products, I use all their products, to shower gel, the powder, and the wipes. You can get that Walmart or at Walgreens which ever is closer to you. I’m no professional by any means.. these are just some things I do to keep myself clean and smelling good. If any of the ladies want to share something on here please feel free to do so.
