my friends almost died last night and i talked to them today and everything was different. like whe something like this happens there's no going back, they're changed forever. i skyped with them all as a group and they acted differently and all my friends and family are different and i dont know what to do anymore. last night i almost died. last night i was outside the bataclan. last night i could've been killed and everything is changing and we're all dead, not literally but in our minds. idk.

i’m so glad you, your friends and family are physically safe. as you said; this will be literally mentally scarring and you will be affected for a while. but this feeling will eventually go, but you have to give it and others time to come to terms with what happened. it may be weeks, months or several years. it’s MIND-NUMBINGLY scary what happened last night, and the fact you’re messaging me is amazing and a brilliant step forward to feeling cognitively better. as i said, this feeling will go; but give yourself credit for surviving what a horrible tragedy happened! i promise you’ll all be fine soon ♥
