As much as I wanna lump all the blame on my shitass ISP, I really suspect it's Twitch being cheapskates and not getting sufficient magnetic shielding for their servers. (Or something)

Cuz while I do notice a general slowdown across the net during these solar storms, it's ONLY Twitch that's giving me constant disconnects. I had no issues streaming through Discord yesterday.

My student loans being twice as much per month has really fucked everything up, I've just spent part of the afternoon canceling everything I can cancel: Sorry Maximum Fun. Sorry folks on twitch. Sorry other patreon creators. :(

I think in total I was only spending about $25 a month on various creator-support subscriptions, and that's not nearly enough to cover this stupid fucking loan. =_= I don't subscribe to any of the big Entertainment streaming services or like Prime, so I've basically cut everything I CAN cut at this point. =n=

It super sucks, because I know it's the same for many others having to deal with student loan repayments coming back kicking and screaming--I lost two patrons this past week and that was the exact reason at least one of them gave on their exit interview.

It's getting rough for everyone, and even rougher for those of us who already had it rough. :-/
