so life update

i'm writing zelda fic again?

TOTK has completely consumed me I guess so uh. yeah.

anyways, I think this will be a oneshot, then I'll be back to regularly scheduled programming with SW fic — going to dive right back in to remnants of destruction and go from there.

everything is gonna be like. really slow though because life is busy and exhausting and overwhelming all at the same time. so it's gonna take time, but I promise, I'm working on it.

sorry to above but vowels are even because facts and logic are no match for the four gremlins that operate my brain.

#listen i was a math major so obviously i know things about this kind of stuff so i can formally declare vowels as EVEN#obviously.

kind of wanna reinforce this here. because i’ve seen ai writing become so popular on tik tok.

ai writing is not okay.

it’s literally theft. just like how ai art steals, ai writing steals. it’s using authors’ very real work to generate whatever you type in. and this also needs to be said as well.

writing is a form of art. fanfiction is a form of literature.

seeing this all over my fyp is REALLY discouraging. fanfic itself is already a labor of love and we love it when you interact. but please do not use ai writing for your fanfic needs when this writing literally steals from fanfic authors.

genuinely don’t know if this post will go around because my interactions outside of hcs are shit, but i hope it does.

Sorry I've not posted anything in a while, I have been distracted by LifeTM, but I'm hoping to get more writing done soon.

Anyway, thank you Pandora for a baller prompt, I loved writing this one!

There really was no indication things would get this bad. 

That is not to say that things were ever good in the first place but in all reality, Obi-Wan thought that he would have gotten better by now. He thought he would overcome the minor wound on his side — a result of a brief encounter with a vibroblade — with relative ease. It really was only a scratch.

A scratch that got infected. 

Perhaps things would not be this bad if it weren’t for the dank prison cell he finds himself in. Dark and sealed off on all sides except for the seam of a door and a small slit on the left and right walls. These slits are the only thing saving him from falling into a complete claustrophobia-induced panic. 

And Anakin, of course. 

It’s Anakin’s non-stop chatter through the small slit between their cells that has kept him going, but he’s finding it harder and harder to focus on it. 

“Master,” Anakin says. His voice betrays his worry. “You still with me?”

“Yes,” Obi-Wan says, trying to convey as much strength as possible. “Of course.” 

“Good.”

“You haven’t bled to death yet, right?”
