A non-linear danceable cosmic love story, and a whole lot of other creative stuff. #ContinuumFlow

a reasonable society would base their entire economy around this

I'll be honest as an already criticism of PIC accounting how much technology has evolved together with special effects, they could have totally made Q outburst different from a slap, like show this omnipotent character make a thunder fall down close to him when he's angry, make the clouds grey, or make it windy, make him scream and all surrounding have a minor destruction, anything really

kirk gets out of every situation being like you see this table right here this table is made of wood and now you see long ago people made tables out of wood in earths 20th century though tables can be made of other materials right mister spock and spocks like yes there are tables made of metal alloys combinations of materials in fact tables are an object defined by structure rather than material and kirks like yes yes very good so we all agree this is a table and finally the guy whos holding them hostage looks down at the table and kirk kicks the table at him

I have a recurring nightmare about Picard season 3. They get out there. They finally find Beverly Crusher. Her secret? The big mystery? Well she turns around and she's played by Brent Spiner

It is a well known fact that in season 3 everyone is played by Brent Spiner.

They couldn’t afford to keep the Season 1 crew because they needed to pay Brent Spiner nine separate times.

Q12: "What do you see, my sister?"

Amanda: "I see tranquility and beauty. What do you think, Q?"

Q: "It's okay."

*******

Q5: "I see exquisite skill and technique."

Q18: "I agree. It's beautiful. What about you, Q?"

Q: "Not bad. I've seen better."

********

Q45: "I see beauty and endless possibilities!"

Q67: "Absolutely! A magnificent feat accomplished by the children! What do you think, Q?"

Q: "Not bad for their first try. It's okay."

*******

Q67: "Dear brother, nothing we've shown impresses you. How unfortunate. Isn't there anything that means something to you?

Tell us, what do YOU see, Q?"

Q: "I see him."

The other Continuum members just stare at each other, perplexed.

Q67: "Really? You are more impressed by this mortal man?"

Q: "I see my best friend."

Q: "I see the one whom I love and will ALWAYS love... for all time."

(End)

Okay I love this so much

Anyone remember watching the TV special Journey's End: The Saga of Star Trek: The Next Generation, which aired before All Good Things premiered in 1994?

I remember Johnathan Frakes introducing Q as "the evil Q," just before John de Lancie briefly discussed his character.

This always bugged me because personally, I never thought of Q as being *evil*. I'm not just saying that because I'm a Qcard shipper, but because I know we've all seen characters that were shameless about ruining other people's lives.

John de Lancie defended Q in an interview by saying that "Q isn't evil. He's naughty."

We all know our beloved Q ❤

So, anytime someone says to you that Q is evil, or a bad guy, just set the record straight.

the beach boys were right. it would be nice. [tearing up] it really would be fucking nice

People of Tumblr listen to a different beach boys song challenge
