What movie I wish Disney would do.

I want Disney to do a Sleeping Beauty movie.

Not one where the fairies are driving the story or about Maleficent (as much as I like that movie)

I want a movie about Aurora/Briar Rose.

I want a movie where instead of pink or blue, she has purple.

I want a movie when it is aware that we have seen the two previous films.

I want a movie that goes with the original story, where she wa sleep for hundred years and woke up on her own.

I want the movie to be about what she was dreaming during those 100 years.

I want her to realize the world she is living in is a dream and everyone and the world she knew is gone. And the slowly raising fear of the unknown once she wakes up.

I want to see Mary Costa, the original singing and speaking voice for Princess Aurora, to appear in the dreams of the Lilac Fairy to help guide this Briar Rose to be strong enough to wake and face the world.

I want to see a tracking scequence of after she has woken up on her own , walking out into the courtyard of the castle , filled with wild roses that have grown over the years and a young peasant girl , her own age, having made her way into the castle asking Briar Rose who she is. And Briar Rose smiling, that this is the first day of her life as her own. And the camera cuts to a rose blooming as the title appears: Briar Rose.
