This image of a beautiful Yellow Cardinal was taken on October 3rd, 2019, by Tracy Workman. It was lovingly given the nickname Sunny. The photographer captured the image in her backyard in Port St. Lucie, Florida. Professor and curator of birds at Auburn University, Geoffrey Hill, says that only three yellow cardinals are seen each year, making this sighting quite rare. Thomas Webber, who is a collection manager at the Division of Ornithology at the Florida Museum, stated that only 1% of the cardinal population are yellow cardinals.

I LOVE building routines and habits. I think that they are at the core of success, really. The less time i spend on making small decisions that i could have the opportunity to back out of, the more energy i can focus on bigger things
