Hello followers, vegans, vegetarians, and anyone interested in animal rescue, Rowdy Girl Sanctuary is a brand new farm sanctuary that needs your help. Their mission is to rescue abused animals from farm industries who otherwise would have been slaughtered or left to die, and allow them to live out their natural lives peacefully.
Rowdy Girl is special to me for a few reasons, one of the most important is that RGS is one of the first ever farm sanctuaries in Texas, and sustaining this animal advocacy group would represent a new, much needed presence in the south where a huge amount of animals regularly suffer from the industry. Animals from food industries suffer more mistreatment than any other form animal abuse combined, and yet they have the fewest number of rescue options available to them. Their suffering is largely invisible. But I’m convinced humans can do better on their behalf.
Like Stormy, who was born blind, or Cinnamon who was incapable of giving birth; both of whom would have been slaughtered, but now lead happy, safe, (and above all) free lives at RGS .
