Hey yall its Crow. Owner of this blog. This very...currently inactive blog. Due to some personal pet issues I’ve been having with one of our ferrets, it got set back much longer than its intended. Jack is our oldest ferret and hes recently gone blind in his old age, as well as been struggling eating food because hes so old. His situation is very hands on right now and I haven’t gotten time to draw near as frequent as I wished. Now due to some troublesome fandom drama I personally don’t have any say in because it happens sometimes, I just want to make sure to remind people this blog is specifically just for laughs and lighthearted fun. A lot of people have a lot of negative things going on in their lives and I made Year of Luke to try and lighten things up a bit, have some fun, and let others in on that fun as well. I still very much do not tolerate anyone who intends to bring any negativity to a blog simply made for fun. Though it hasn’t been active for a bit I still do care deeply for this project and for the people who’ve participated in it as well either by submitting art or making their own ‘year of’ blogs. I would appreciate if you didn’t try (and I’m looking at those anons in my box) to bring any negative squabble, old or new, to these blogs unless they ask for it. Like genuinely ask for it. Actually participate in it and what not. I just want to have fun and to see other’s also have fun and would appreciate it not being snuffed out by one simple problem. Its easy to block the blog and go about your day without having to say anything. Thank you for the understanding.
Hmm I’ve been playing a whole lot of Sky recently and decided ‘You know what would be fun? Drawing Luke based on this game” and thus I did that. I’m not particularly fond of this drawing, the sketch honestly looked a lot better, but who knows I might come back to him and fix him up so he looks nicer.
Here mythical au Clive Hes a satyr. Hes not sad. He works part time for Claire and Dimitri and is currently a student at Gressenheller University. Hes still a little feral and still sorta struggles with his emotions a lot but hes trying and thats what matters.

My computer’s battery is on its last leg so I figured I should post Clive’s today in case it doesn’t make it to the next month? These here Clive’s are more of a concept in the sphinx curse au rather than a “canon thing” in au. But....hes fun to think about.

We get three au Luke’s for today. But I won’t explain the au because its not been explored at all. But hes a alright boy.
You can only do so much to scare a hellhound part werewolf when hes not a child anymore. Idk I think about Luke and Alfendi a lot and haven’t drawn Alfendi in particular for some time and like…not that this really counts for drawing him but I was thinking on my own portrayal of the two’s relationship (I like to think they get along quite well) and wanted to do something for it so more,,,mythical au,,,,but hey Luke with grown antlers!

Really wanted to post the drawing I had planned yesterday, which was this, before SAI corrupted it. Well jokes on SAI I just re-did the entire thing! This is a mythical au drawing, something nice and soft due to all the snow thats been happening here.
Today’s Luke looks like hes also having a crisis. I had this whole drawing done of Luke and Crow ready to go and my computer crashed and thanks to that the drawing turned into a corrupt file on SAI and I couldn’t get it back q-q I’ll try redrawing it again later because...I was real proud of it.

I’m going to make more of these for this blog eventually but these are the two I got done last night and I figure I should post em’ today. The Luke one is 100% free to use! I’m honestly always so anxious about posting any art of Luke with anyone because I know theres some very unpleasant people out there, so I figured a nice little banner would be good to have.

Great minds do think a like! That or we both are complete jerks who thought of the same joke in giving Luke antlers because he said he wouldn't want them in Azran.
Sphinx Luke and the Mythical AU have really been helpin me chug through being stuck inside for weeks on end, and I'm happy to see others are enjoying them as well.
I dont really post a lot of the Mythical AU's stuff here because I already flood my main blog with it, so Sphinx Luke has accidentally become the next best thing for this blog and I do hope its not bothering anyone I promise I'll draw a regular Luke some day who isn't just a sketch,,,
I with the help of @zosonils made a whole au based around this baby boy and I’ve been having such a good time drawing him I’m sorry I keep posting sphinx Luke. But look at him. Hes a threat.

Today’s Luke is one more little Sphinx Luke because I just made an au for him and I’m really vibing hard with it and here he is in all his glory.
If I hadn’t made Luke half fae and faun in the mythical au then he absolutely would have also ended up a sphinx. One with very high energy and no chill what so ever. Just off his rocks, a real feral little boy. No one can control him. I don’t go with any particular type of bird or cat for him. Instead he has colors that nicely stand out against Hershel had he been drawn next to him.
Heres a followup Clive to go with Luke from yesterday. Also to make up for the fact that I didn’t draw him at the beginning of this month. He is also an anteater with the ‘Cranky’ personality type. I wanted him to obviously not look like Luke, and because I always saw green as ‘Clive’s color’ I made him green. Clearly this thing couldn’t hurt a fly.
