I honestly think he'd be gruff and tough about it, but immediately get stuck in grand-dad mode the same way he did with Zoey. And I think he'd have oodles of begrudging patience for Ellis' antics right beside having zero patience for Francis', much to Francis' chagrin. (despite the fact he loves francis vewwy much <3 <3)
