I recently went on a day trip with my family and it brought us to a lavender farm and a berry farm! Both places were really cool but my favorite was the lavender farm.
Now you might be asking, well how the heck was it cool if all they had was lavender? Well, let me just tell you, they had a really cute tea room and all of their drinks and deserts and lavender added into it in some way. The lavender tea was to die for!! I am not joking, best tea I have had in awhile. They also had a field for butterflies to come, but all I saw were huge bees so I stayed away from that as much as I could (huge irrational fear of bugs). They also had lemurs on their farm, these lemurs were so cool and kept in a huge cage, they were all sleeping and just looked so cute! They had lavender out in a field and you were able to pick as much as you wanted, it was just so much fun.
The berry farm wasn’t the best but they had blackberries to pick and a flower field which was really pretty, I wasn’t too impressed because of what I just came from but some of the berries we picked were huge and all of the flowers were so pretty. They had red and yellow sunflowers and if I am being honest here, I didn’t know that there were red sunflowers!!
