Everything happened so fast. Even though we only just met, it feels like I’ve known you for ages. There’s just a comfortable space between the two of us. Enough conversation to keep the flow going, while still keeping a little bit of mystery; almost as a reason to keep talking to each other when we’re done, to come back. I can see myself develop feelings for you. Definitely. And it’s a crazy thought when you know how fast something can break. But I can’t help smiling like an idiot when I see your name pop up on my phone or when we pass by each other at work. I have these butterflies in my stomach just thinking about you. We’ll see how it goes from there. But I really do hope you have some kind of interest in me too.
