Dies ist mein Discord Server, ursprünglich erstellt um eine Community mit und für kreative Leute zu schaffen.

Das ist es immernoch, jedoch sind wir mittlerweile auch ein Server für alles geworden. Es wird zusammen gelabert, gelernt, motiviert, usw.

Den Server gibt es übrigens immer noch, auch wenn OP deaktiviert hat! Zur Zeit ist nicht so viel los, also ist ein guter Zeitpunkt um beizutreten wenn man sich mit größeren/sehr aktiven Servern eher schwer tut. Und wenn man selbst nicht wirklich so der kreative Typ ist, ist man auch willkommen wenn man nur Feedback gibt und abhängen will.

this website's moderation sucks ass and it has a terrible bot problem and there are an enormous amount of bugs but thankfully we have a staff team hard at work not addressing any of these but instead making shitty ui changes that nobody wants

Mal als Frage an die, die schon öfter als ich im deutschen Mietmarkt umgezogen sind: Mein Eindruck war eigentlich immer, dass Wohnungen normalerweise so vermietet werden, dass man gleich einziehen kann, also es ist Tapete an den Wänden und Fußbodenbelag auf dem Fußboden. Inzwischen gibts aber wahnsinnig viele Angebote, wo man nackte Wände und im schlimmsten Fall nackte Fußböden übernimmt. War das schon immer so oder ist das ne neue Entwicklung?

Es ist übrigens auch nicht normal sich vorm Einzug an Renovierungskosten allgemein zu beteiligen. Sowohl von Vermieter als auch vom Vormieter.

Ich hatte das mal, dass Vormieter 5k in ihre Mietwohnung investiert haben, dann nach einem Jahr ausgezogen sind und vom Nachmieter Anteile haben wollten. Auf absolut keinen Fall. Das ist als Nachmieter nicht dein Problem.

Und von Vermietern sowieso nicht, Instandhaltung ist deren Problem.

Yes, I want to see these characters again. No, I don't want an official continuation or revisit of this piece of media and its characters. What I enjoyed about this is my super specific view and interpretation of this media, which is seemingly completely at odds with what the creator(s) intended or deemed important about it. Just leave these characters and this setting be, because at this point no official continuation could ever recapture what I liked about this. If there is a sequel to this story then I guess it would be neat if these new characters are related to the old ones, but. Just leave them be. Don't force them into another thing. Let things be done.
