Went ahead and deleted one vent art I posted a week or so ago, it, felt a bit too personal due to being outright based on a breakdown and id rather it not be all out in the socials of medias sdjkjkds
I have a lot of similar personal art that I’d on one hand love to share, but itd be very… uncomfortable to show where it can spread and be left out of its original contexts, so I’ve had thoughts of maybe them being artpacks that you’d have to download or me making some nifty videos of myself showcasing a lot of them so I can still feel I have some level of control over them, but i dunno.
Its a weird thing for me, on one hand, I’d love to show my personal artworks for all the world to see, but when the many eyes with their unclear intentions hit me, it then begins to hurt.

I've seen Death depicted as a card dealer or other sort of gambler, a guy in a suit, a farmer, a robed apparition, and any other number of things, but this? This has to be the best Death I've seen yet. An old seductress saying "hey kid, don't you wanna die in a trench for a government that doesn't give a fuck about you, just like your dear old dad?" This goes hard as fuck.

This is from ‘Beasts of Burden’, a really cool comic about a bunch of dogs (and one cat) protecting their town from the supernatural things that threaten it. It’s spooky and sad and really just fantastic. At one point they teamed up with Hellboy. Everyone should read it (if you don’t mind some pretty dark things happening. it is not a cheerful comic but it is a good one).
Hey! So, I loved this comic, and still think about it occasionally, and tonight it was linked to me again with just the right timing so that I hyperfocused and squirreled off to go read everything! They aren’t really numbered well, but the Wikipedia page has a list of them in release order and what anthologies to find them in!
But given that it’s a pain to seek out each one one by one, I’ve got a list of links in order a smidge further down! Please try to support Dark Horse Comics if you can, but if you’re broke like me and still want to read, the Internet is a beautiful place. According to the wiki page, there are at least two more installments to come, scheduled for May 1st and June 5th, but there’s no real update schedule for the series as a whole.
Do note: they are graphic, gory, and sad, with a lot of body horror. But they’re really fantastic.

They put a fancy front on the house and lots of nice grass, no doubt kept up with irrigation and intensive use of glyphosate, but in the back it’s all undetailed and a dirt lot because that doesn’t effect the value of the property
Not to mention most suburban homes are very cheaply made to begin with

I heard reference to something about how all anime are required to have good looking cabbage because of That One Time. So simply looking up "anime cabbage" I found the source.
Some harem anime way back in the day had an episode where the characters cooked, and they animated cabbage so terribly like this it left a bad mark on the anime community forever. Apparently this is part of the reason why all food usually looks good in anime, even moreso than the regular show sometimes. With cabbage being especially well drawn.

I learned of this because the most recent Hologra episode has noel eating cabbage, tearing apart a fine quality cabbage into two low poly halves.
