I understand why people hate therapy as it can be emotionally heavy but I find, in the end, learning more about yourself and why you are the way you are really exciting....
For example, I just had a therapy session that like...came with a big realization in how I handle my emotions and why I handle them a certain why [or why I don't tbh]....And the way it all connects when I look back at my life makes a lot of sense. It blows me away. Love it.
