There’s a lot going on in that little critter’s head right now.

1. Power move.

2. Why do people whisked away to magical worlds just automatically believe the first creature that tells them what side the person needs to help? Where’s my isekai where the MC slowly finds out they got in with like the deranged zealots and are part of the evil faction, and not the plucky rebels?

1.) absolutely

2.) what you’re describing is literally the opening of undertale, which has chaotic anti-trope energy we need more of LMAO

places i should be allowed to poke around in because i am curious by nature

  • container ships in the middle of the ocean
  • the large hadron collider
  • any salt mine
  • museum storage rooms
  • svalbard seed vault

i was reading an article about how some professional clowns are afraid IT is going to cause business issues, and this one guy came forward to say he didn’t think it’d be a big deal and everything from his statement to description sounds like something made up for a tumblr shit post:

“‘A load of the folks who say ‘this is terrible for the industry’ have been clowning for about five minutes – they’ve not been through this before,’ says Ian Williams, honorary secretary of Clowns International, which claims to be the world’s oldest clown organisation. ‘It’s not going to kill off clowning. [The TV miniseries adaptation of It, starring Tim Curry] came out 27 years ago. I was clowning then, I’m still clowning now.’”

i’m sharing this again because this guy is possibly my hero he’s seen it all and does not give a fuck

he was clowning then and he’s clowning now

Spent a few moments wondering why clowns are afraid of Information Technology

hey, can we talk for a second? it’s about your girlfriend. yeah, she’s great. no, yeah, I agree. It’s just that… she seems really devoted to you? Like really devoted. Almost as if you were the sole, fragile line mooring her to the shores of humanity. No, that’s not romant—ugh. Listen. Me and the girls, we’re worried you might be the last good thing to happen to her and that were some tragedy to inevitably befall you, she would tear the gods from their thrones and dye the infinite western seas wine-dark with their ichor. Do you think you could introduce her to a new hobby or something? we don’t want to have to argue over what color “wine-dark” is supposed to be

I just don’t think tags get any better than this

I feel bad for people who’ve never experienced a corn maze bc it’s not even fun but you just have to do it

I'd like to reblog this with some tags and comments bc I've really appreciated reading them

people who get what I mean:

people who have found a way to have fun in the corn maze but who I'm a little worried about:

person who we are going to put in the corn:

And nothing of value was lost.

That’s out of 15 total deaths, by the way. That’s what they’re fearmongering about

The 15th also died in a car crash, by the way. Literally 0 killed by migrant terrorists or whatever image they hope the headline will evoke in your head

since this is going round again i really want to state how much i truly do not need hair loss prevention advice. this comic is not about that. this comic is about learning to be okay with maybe getting bald. this comic is about how balding can be sexy. its okay. kim is here to help

Pride month vest project, a patch a day #14: All Pride is Kink to Bigots

[ID a black rectangular patch reading in all capital block letters: "all pride is kink to bigots" pride is written in rainbow letters and bigots is written in red. ED]

CGI animators should unionize next. normally, their jobs would be too precarious to strike, since studios would replace them without a second thought, but if it's part of this larger general film strike, they might finally have meaningful power to better their working conditions

if CGI animators unionized, it would kill the MCU. straight up. the the entire business model is built on exploiting CGI animators

Miguel: well at least you're sensible

Noir, barely eighteen, been broken out of prison, has killed a man and will do it again, just bit someone, building a bomb: sure. Sensible.

due to his era typical manners and dress, Noir gets away with being seen as the "cool, old detective spidey who's mysterious and experienced" for much longer than he really should have. he is even relied upon as a voice of reason, and has an unwitting authority over others due to their admiration for his endurance and style

it's not untill Hobie Brown (fellow cop hating, anti fascist, riot starter) steps out of a portal one day that things change. the boy strikes up a surprisingly close friendship with the "old man", the two getting along much better than anyone would have ever expected. it's only after Hobie helps Noir open up that the ppl around him (namely, Miguel and possibly Peter B.) realize what an utter fucking agent of radical chaos Noir is, and that he is just as much of a fucked up young adult as any Spider-Man. Even arguably a slightly more fucked up young adult than on average, seeing as he's dealing with shit like Great Depression, cannibalism, nazis, the fucking 1930s in America, and more. At least Noir has an understanding friend in Hobie who is a ride to die, always ready to start some shit.

(It's quite possible that the pair's getting-along-like-a-house-on-fire friendship, strong moral opinions that feed into each other, and their very flexible attachments to things like "laws" is what got Noir kicked out/put on probation, which is why we don't see him in ATSV)
