ahahhahhaa one of the best things i’ve had in a while, strawberries dipped in date/carob/cinammon/vanila/banana dip. there was about 15 dates a little water, 1 banana(to make it like milk chocolate) and 2 spoons of carob. very very very good, if you ever crave for chocolate this is what you should eat, trust me

Low Fat Raw Vegan Sundried Tomato ‘Hummus’
- 1 cup of raw corn (or frozen organic corn if unavailable, thawed at room temp)
- 2 lemons juiced
- ¼-½ cup of sundried tomatoes (not soaked in oil)
- 2 green onion tops
- ¼ red pepper
- 1 small peeled zucchini
blend up and enjoy. I usually stay away from corn based recipes since it is not ideal for my digestion but its a super creamy treat every once in a while. I ate the hummus as a salad dressing over a huge salad!
