I think you shouldn't have red light cameras. For a host of reasons. But the bit in here I want to highlight is how states and shit get around the constitution by saying "ah ha! We didn't make it a crime! It's just a civil offense!" Like that's some brilliant idea and not just violating your rights but saying "we actually violates your *brights* totally different thing"

What a mystery. I do wonder how this could have happened. Does everyone else realize the next accident could be theirs and they should do something about the guy who everytime someone disagrees with him ends up in an accident?
I guess poison and defenestration (throwing people out windows) were becoming too obvious. I mean, he had to have known he was dead the second he defied Putin. Surely. Did he really think they would go back to being buddy-buddy after the mutiny? Do you think he ever let his guard down, or did he spend the last two months jumping at shadows, waiting for Putin's goons to take him out? TWO MONTHS! It was only TWO MONTHS AGO, to the day, June 23rd, but it feels like ages! I thought it was back in March or April! Anyway, I called this way back then. I didn't call the plane crash specifically, but I knew he was dead as soon as he called off the coup in less than 48 hours. And you know what, I don't even wish he'd succeeded because that would have traded one right-wing dictator for another, and the last thing the people of Russia need right now is a neonazi military junta calling the shots. Nothing good would have come out of a power vacuum or a civil war, I just find it laughable that the only guy with the resources to topple the government thought there would be no consequences for failing to topple the government. How do dictators amass so many true believers in their inner circle? How do Putin's cronies not know that they're expendable? How do they expect to take him at his word when they KNOW he kills people for lesser offenses?!? Are they really so blinded by their own lust for power that they forget who they work for?
