I'm going to miss Thi's collection of sometimes cute, sometimes dorky sweatshirts/t-shirts.

They must have filmed around this time last year because Thi is wearing a year of the tiger lunar new year shirt. 😂

The cat one is pretty dorky.

I actually really like the cloud one.

The rabbit one is even dorkier than the cat one. 💜

I think we can all relate to Thi's bear sweatshirt.

Thi has an actual knitted flower on his shirt. 💛

The fleece with the rabbits? on it is pretty dorky and cute.

Not a sweatshirt/t-shirt but Thi has a Out of Fuck Office! hat... or is it Out of Office Fuck? 🤣

Thi has more "normal" looking sweaters not included and in the epilogue we saw he started wearing more Noey style Hawaiian shirts.

Conclusion: Thi is a fashion icon. 😏

Strangers at a Table

We're not lovers. We're just strangers With the same damn hunger To be touched, to be loved, to feel anything at all – Halsey ft. Lauren Jauregui “Strangers”

In the first episode, we learn who all the characters are: Akk is the president of the perfects. Kan is a perfect. Wat is a perfect. Thua is the class president. Ayan is the new student. Sani is the new teacher. Nun, Nong, and Nian are the protestors.

But with each passing episode, we start questioning more about who are they outside of the school.

We get glimpses of Akk, Kan, and Wat in the dorm, dancing and laughing. We see Ayan alone in pain. We watch as Thua tries to escape his reality.

We’ve only been allowed to catch fragments of who they are when they aren’t being shoved into roles that feel too heavy for them to carry, yet this week, we received an entire episode observing who these characters are when they aren’t confined within a school that feels like a prison.

Sani is the only person who sees that Wat is unhappy. Sani is the only person Wat confides in about his dreams. Within the school, Sani is a teacher trying to help a student find his path in life. Within the school, Wat is a student trusting his teacher to help guide him.

Yet, on a rainy night, two people share a table and talk.

Wat is eager to share his new video-editing skills thanks to Sani’s encouragement, and Sani is happy to hear about Wat’s life (his health-conscious mother) and his friends (they’re nut heads).

A student and teacher share a table to talk, but it’s kinder. It’s easy.

Nun, Nong, and Nian protest. Nun, Nong, and Nian fight back. Within the school, they are the rebels. Within the school, they are the outsiders.

Yet, on a beach, a group of boys share a table and laugh.

Nian wants to be alone with his date. Nong and Nun want to take pictures with theirs.

A group of boys share a table to laugh, but it’s happier. It’s intimate.

Kan wants to protect Thua from the world. Thua wants to protect Kan from himself. Within the school, Kan is the perfect standing up for his class president and upholding the school’s rules. Within the school, Thua is the class president helping a perfect pass his classes and exemplifying the school’s standards.

Yet, in an empty house, two students share a table and study.

Kan takes care of Thua by offering him a drink and openly tells Thua he is jealous of his friendship with Ayan. Thua, much like the day on the beach, away from the school, smiles.

A perfect and a class president share a table to study, but it’s softer. It’s warm.

Once the gates are open, the coldness returns, but the warmth lingers. Thua might not hold Kan’s hand, and Kan might not acknowledge his feelings, but the adoration is clear.

It’s never been just two students sharing a table.

Ayan is the rebel who breaks the rules. Akk is the perfect president who enforces the rules. Within the school, Ayan wants to figure out who is behind the curse, so he can bring the school down. Within the school, Akk becomes the curse, so he can save the school’s reputation.

Yet, near the breaking waves, two strangers share a table and eat.

Each time Ayan and Akk enter the school this episode, they argue and hide. Outside of school, they are vulnerable. They cry and hold each other.

Within the school, Ayan never approaches Akk when he is with his friends. Ayan only flirts with Akk when nobody else is around.

Outside of the school, Ayan takes Akk to the café, his safe place. Ayan tells Akk he can spend the night at his apartment. Ayan tells Sani that Akk has his homework. Ayan attempts to wave at Nun, Nong, and Nian while out with Akk. Ayan puts his hoodie on Akk. Ayan invites himself to Akk’s place. Ayan gets into Akk’s bed.

Ayan wants whatever is happening between them to be real. Ayan wants whatever is happening between them to be more. Ayan wants to know who Akk is outside of what the school has labeled him, when he isn’t the curse. Ayan wants Akk to acknowledge him outside of school.

Ayan wants Akk.

And Akk wants Ayan.

Two strangers, with the same hunger, share a table and eat.

Two strangers share themselves.

More than friends. Less than lovers. Worse than strangers.
