Multiple Planets in the Houses.
Some people have multiple planets in one house. Three or more planets, no matter what they are, shows significant ties to that part of the self in the chart. But what does it mean when you have more than two planets in one house?
House 1: The House of Self. Multiple planets in the First House makes for a very complex person. Your personality has multiple dimensions. There is a true self, a self that is presented to the world, a self that functions in romantic relationships, one that is shown to family, and so on. These people are made of many different connected parts.
House 2: The House of possessions. Having multiple planets in the house of possession gives you insight into your material possessions and financial status and what helps and hinders it. It means that there are many forces which influence when you have and own. There will be ups and downs in your life as the planets move in and out of retrogrades during your life. During certain times, money and things will come to you easily, and during other times, you will be in need.
House 3: The House of communication. Along with communication, this house rules how you receive information from others and how you learn. People with many planets in this house are often creative and are writers, artists, or similar things. There are many ways you approach and analyse problems. Having more than two planets in this house indicates strong logic and intellect.
House 4: The House of home. This house associates with early childhood, home, and inner emotional security. With many planets in the house, you may have a rocky or intensely complex relationship with one or both of your parents. Your childhood has a strong influence on who you are today, whether it be many minor incidents, one or two traumatic experiences, or an overall theme.
House 5: The House of pleasure. Having multiple planets in the house of pleasure is very dangerous. You already do, have had, or will have a problem with addiction of some type. This could be addiction to drugs, alcohol, people, emotions, or a struggle with an addictive disease like anorexia. When this happens, it can easily get out of hand and rule your life.
House 6: The House of health. Having more than two planets in this house gives you many ways to cope with adversity and maintain good health. During most of each year, a force will be there to help you stay in good health. You will likely heal easily. There are many things which bring you satisfaction, and you have many things which make up your daily routine.
House 7: The House of partnership. In this house, we shift away from the self and look at the partner. There is a large, open slot of characteristics that an acceptable partner can have. You are compatible and can live amiably with many people, and finding the right partner may be difficult, as you can get along romantically with so many. This doesn’t mean it won’t happen though! When the right person comes, you will feel a very strong attraction to them and know it is them for certain. You have the ability to be tactful and handle your enemies in a diplomatic way, as well.
House 8: The House of sex. Having many planets in this house means you may have odd tastes sexually and enjoy the strange and taboo, pushing limits. A death and rebirth of yourself may take place at one point in your life, and this effects you in partnerships and during sex.
House 9: The House of philosophy. Also ruling luck, people with many planets in this house are strongly effected by many planets, especially when they retrograde, have very changing luck. Sudden good or bad luck, extreme. People with multiple planets here also may be inclined to travel long distances and to see foreign places and people. You have complex and intensely personal religious views.
House 10: The House of social status. How you are viewed by your family, your partner, at work… with many planets here, there are a lot of different ways you present yourself. You know how to act to be perceived in the most favourable way. You know how to make a good first impression to be well liked. At certain times of the year, you can easily take authority and get a high social rank, depending on what planets are where,
House 11: The House of friendship. With many planets in this house, you find strength in numbers. You can get along with all sorts of people, however, there are key people in your life, (perhaps a boss, siblings or parents, close friends…) who you have very complex relationships with. You may often feel understood by a key person or people.
House 12: The House of subconscious. Having multiple planets in this house makes you a deep thinker and once who thinks often. You may feel at conflict with yourself. You may have identity problems, especially during childhood. Certain elements of life, such as love life, or death, or relationships may be on your mind often, perhaps even ruling your thoughts from time to time. There is never a time where something is not going on in the back of your mind.
