Sometimes I just get very gobsmacked by the reality that I’m going to be celebrating my 9 year anniversary with Joss this year, a decade next year. And to think we met here on Tumblr dot com. Still feels unreal sometimes.

Im in the middle of 3 games OTL

Zelda: Near the end, but trying to finish all side quests first. Really really enjoyed this one. Quite fantastic.

FFIV: This game single handedly broke me. I really loved the demo, but actually playing the game burned me out of playing games entirely for like a month. Im probably 2/3rds through but I find a good majority of it boring and disappointing. The boss fights are awesome and some of the best I have ever played in any game. But the side quests, dialogue, characters, lack of environmental interaction (for a game that wants you to feel like it’s open world), just bore me to death. I do like Clive and his slutty little waistline lmao.

Diablo 4: Having fun with this one despite having never played a Diablo game before. Its not going to be game of the year for me but it passes the time.

I pre-ordered Baldur’s Gate 3 for PS5 and I’m SO EXCITED

I finished God of War: Ragnarok and got the platinum. Now, with Assassin’s Creed Valhalla and Horizon Forbidden West sitting on my shelf, waiting for their turn, you know what I played next?

I haven’t caught a cold or flu since January 2020. Since wearing a mask I’ve managed to dodge just about everything around me. A few days ago we hung out with family around a fire pit and I took the responsibility of keeping up the flames. After some drinks l, the next day I woke up with a bit of a hangover and a sore throat. Been having nasal issues since. I don’t think I’m contagious (took a Covid test, came out negative, will take another today) but I’m definitely not going to work, just to keep people from going “whAt ArE YOu doiNg HeRe?”

I do think the only reason to return to Tumblr is to make posts where we can write our sub thoughts in the tags again. Otherwise there’s really… no point for me.

Tonight, in one hour, is the Mighty Nein reunion and I’m so excited! Leaving to the theater in a few minutes. I cannot wait to have these characters back in my eyes, brain, and heart. The moment I hear Yasha, Jester, or Beau I just know I’m gonna tear up.
