Thinking about how Hunter was confirmed to be an artist in the finale with a talent for wood carving and now I really think most of the little sculptures on his shelf are ones he made himself, including the Remy doll. The idea of Golden Guard Hunter designing, carving and painting the silliest happiest little fellow just for fun is very cute to me.

it’s so strange, I’ve been convinced of this absolute truth ever since I went to a COSI exhibit where the argument was firmly placed before me with models of feathered dinosaurs and fossilized skeletons with feather traces. It basically caused me to entirely reframe how I view birds, and now they are my favoritest “land” animals. they are dinosaurs and also the last surviving remnants of a long and wild time on the earth. and then I start following dinosaur-a-day and learn that not only do people not agree, they militantly *disagree.* wild shit.
I've known birds are dinosaurs since before I was conscious (if you watched dinosaur documentaries in the late 80s and early 90s, it was EVERYWHERE, and at that point basically presented as fact). I s2g it's like I grew up on another planet or something sometimes with how vehement everyone is in response to this basic fact
