REQUESTS CLOSED ✨ any pronouns, 20 ✨ just various doctor who shitposting/writing/art ✨ currently skipping through classic Doctor Who and my gender envy is in a violent tug of war between Peter Capaldi and Tom Baker

Would anyone be interested in Doctor Who imagines/drabbles?? I'd love to take requests!

I'm all caught up in NuWho and currently bouncing around in Classic Who! I can write for doctors 3, 4, 5, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, and 13 right now.

To streamline things, you can ask for headcanons (lists, bullet points), drabbles (short fic), or a full fic!

If you have a specific prompt or pronouns you'd like me to use, then please include it in your ask! Unless specified, the reader is going to be kept gender neutral.

Anything is fair game, hurt/comfort, fluff, AUs, anything!

Feel free to send me imagine submissions, headcanon requests, or fic requests! I'm looking forward to trying something new.

having a lot of fun thinking about the different types of genderlessness embodied by different doctors.. not in-universe agender identity (as fun and interesting as that is to think about) but in a more narrative sense of a genderless character. like, 11 is genderless like a child. 4 is genderless like an insect. 7 is genderless like a dark silhouette in a doorway. 8 is genderless like a dissected corpse is genderless. do u know what i mean

You are so fucking right for this

Was I the last person to learn that for the 60th Titan is making Doctor Who merch that acknowledges that the 80s existed??

[id: a blue t-shirt with stars and “the greatest show in the galaxy” in yellow lettering /end id]

[id: a red t-shirt with a patchwork design and “you were expecting someone else?” in red lettering. the question mark is the question mark from the Sixth Doctor’s collar. /end id]

[id: a red sweatshirt with a drawing of the Rani and the words “The Rani.” The first two letters of each word are a periodic table symbol like in the Breaking Bad logo. /end id]

Not to shill for Titan or anything, but gosh, when your favorite part of the franchise is the one the official sources always seem to forget exists, it’s nice to feel loved sometimes. I haven’t felt this validated since the Mel cameo

(I guess it’s an anniversary thing, I know there was merch for all sorts of eras at the 50th, but I wasn’t buying merch then, and honestly I think these are cooler)

Right, so I haven't actually watched an entire episode of classic Who, just the clips from episodes that are on the Doctor Who YouTube channel, but I've got to say, out of all the aliens in new and old Doctor Who, my favorite has to be the green bubble wrap guy. The amount of acting skill it takes to look like you are absolutely horrified of your own bubble-wrapped hand-- I simply cannot express in words how impressed I was. Like yeah, modern CGI is great, it makes the aliens look creepier and scarier for the audience, but the fact that this guy managed to make bubble wrap look even moderately scary, and all the other actors managed to play along and somehow take the bubble wrap seriously? It's just so entertaining. Long story short, the green bubble wrap alien was the greatest villain of all time and the peak of cinema.

"Don't you have enough sugar here?" "All told we've got about a dozen lumps, barely enough for a good cup of tea"

Fun reminder that Time Lords can fly.

Unnamed Time Lord flying while traveling incognito, Terror of the Autons, Season 8, 1971

Drax suggesting flying as part of his plan, The Armageddon Factor, Season 16, 1978

These screencaps do not capture how disappointed Romana was when she thought the Doctor was telling her he’d rather fly, City of Death, Season 17, 1979

The Doctor assuring Tegan and Nyssa he won’t be hard to carry because he’ll be levitating, Castrovalva, Season 19, 1982

I should have clarified when I posted this that it is very possible the Doctor’s levitation in the Zero Cabinet Castrovalva could have more to do with the Zero Cabinet itself (since they were levitating in the Zero Room earlier, an occurrence that seemed connected to that space) than with their own Time Lord physiology.

I also wish to ask, how did the Doctor tie themself up for their magic show in The Greatest Show in the Galaxy, if there wasn’t some use of flight involved? The Gods of Ragnarok certainly didn’t help, and there was no one else there!

The Greatest Show in the Galaxy, Season 25, 1987

(How they managed to get themself in the straight jacket is beyond me, but I am certain that if anyone asked they’d say it’s something Houdini taught them)

I think the levitating is made easier by the zero cabinet but not inherent to it, since the Doctor said something along the lines of “even the gravity is only local”

I think the takeaway might be that Time Lords can fly, but the Doctor is spectacularly bad at it.

…just like regeneration and TARDIS piloting

this is fun but the 4th doctor died of falling down

but it might explain why the 10th Doctor didn’t…

i think it’s almost unforgivable that nobody’s added this particular third doctor comic strip yet, which explains (???) this weird talent that the Doctor seems to have

Hey, it's ok, Space Age Love Song by A Flock of Seagulls, ok? 💙💙💙

THE WAY I SCREAMED WHEN COLIN SHOWED UP.

I WAS NOT EXPECTING THAT!!

THEN I GOT SMACKED (in a good way) WITH PETER SYLVESTER AND PAUL AFTER

i love how there was such a big thing when clara didnt accept 12 when he first regenerated but then classic who was like:

6: "what do you think?"

Peri: "its terrible."

6: "oh never mind about the clothes their easily changed. what about me?"

Peri: "i meant you."

actually i really love sarah jane’s exit. i love how cunty it was. she said “don’t forget me” in the most accusatory tone. it wasn’t her pleading with him, it wasn’t her giving him some bittersweet departing words, it was angry. it was a fuck you for leaving me after I just threw a whole tantrum about wanting to go in the first place. you should be begging me to stay with you. i wanted you to beg me to stay. and then she steps out, finds herself in a completely different place than she was supposed to be, giggles, bothers a stray dog, and just walks off whistling. how do you not love her. I’m going to miss her so much
