oh i did close it. i ran into the problem of too many minors trying to get in there and it made me uncomfortable to post anything too nsfw for public viewing. i'm planning to keep every nsfw art i make in the future locked behind patreon when i launch it in around a month or two.

i wish i could give a proper answer for this but i honestly just figure out things as i go 💀 what i tend to do is apply one solid color to the entire canvas/panel then base all colors off there so they harmonize like for example a solid coolish green means ill color everything with that tone so it 'matches'

thank you! hmmm there's no specific one inspo tbh. for me personally i developed my preferred way of drawing things by figuring out what i liked to do so it was a lot of trial and error and testing out techniques over the years. i figured out that while rendering is fun i dislike the end result and prefer looking at simpler styles and flatter colors, and i figured out that i tend to care a lot more about the narrative than the overall aesthetic of a piece. although right now style wise i'm revisiting old japanese woodblock prints and the comic works of Moebius and Hergé since they have the linework and coloring style i want to emulate in my own pieces.
