Some say that the kiss happened in inkigayo some say it was in Japan after that Fan event (ExoL Fanclub Event in Japan) some say it's in China and some say that it happened in Japan and Inkigayo and it was revealed by a chinese fan who took the pic of the kiss, but it did not happen in china, so it's confusing. After digging and asking, I discovered that the Japan fanmeeting/fanevent kiss and the Inkigayo kiss are two different events on two different timings, both happened in 2015 (Inkigayo and japan fan event) and that the Chinese kiss is just a confused common mistake actually it's a chinese eksol who talked about the Japan fanmeet kiss which happened in April 18th 2015, so I'm sure the kiss the chinese Eksol took pic of in japan fanevent meant the event that took place in April 2015 for which the DVD didn't dop until November 25th 2015, so I'm sure the chinese Eksol was talking about the kiss in 2015 japan fanmeeting because it was the first event Ekso would attend after the departure of members because it wasn't the first event Ekso would have at japan, Nah! There was an OT12 fanevent called "Exo greeting party at Tokyo hall" back I'm 2014 but I doubt it's the event where the chinese Eksol took the pic of kaisoo kissing, because the rumor started in May 2015 and the C-eksol said she filmed them after japan fanmeet which took place a month earlier so I doubt she meant the 2014 Greeting party in Tokyo. Anyway that chinese Eksol disappeared after that in May 2015 when the rumor started circulating after she admitted taking pics of kaisoo kissing after the event.

I guess what confused kaisooists more is that the Rumor of the chinese Eksol who took the pic of kaisoo kissing after a fan event dropped in May 2nd 2015 but the japan fanmeet DVD dropped in 25th November 2015, because the DVDs drop normally months later after the events take place. So the event took place earlier (April 2015) than in November 25th when the DVD dropped. That's what confused kaisooists and eksol to think that the kiss the C-eksol was talking about happened in 2014, also Exo did have a japan fan event/concert as OT12 in 2014 (the Exol greeting party in Tokyo Hall) See the timings are a bit misleading.
